Beech Court Nursing Home is a listed building of architectural and historical note which is situated in tranquil secluded landscaped gardens. The original house was built in the seventeenth century, and then was sympathetically extended in the nineteenth century. The garden has retained some of the original acacia trees that were brought to Eynsham by William Cobbett (of Rural Rides fame). This highly charismatic village of Eynsham is close to the A40, a short five miles commute west of Oxford.
